Frequently asked questions

Postponement Info

To our valued guests,

When we booked the Westward Music Festival we believed we would be able to put on an amazing and safe multi-venue celebration of global talent.

However, despite our best efforts, we have found that with the changing international and local COVID-19 regulations, we are unable to produce the Westward Music Festival from September 8-13, 2021 as originally intended. As we planned this year’s festival in these unprecedented times, we did plan for this possibility by ensuring that each show was individually ticketed, so that if an individual show was rescheduled, ticket holders would still be able to attend the new date or we could refund shows that had to cancel for reasons beyond our control.

We are working as quickly as possible with all of our partner artists and venues to reschedule as many shows as possible.

Ticket holders will be notified directly with updates on specific shows as soon as possible.

We look forward to seeing you safely in 2022.

Take Care,

Team Westward

Why are you not selling festival weeklong wristbands?

While we await clear regulations from the provincial government, we have decided to only sell individual tickets for concerts, as well as show packs, so that in the unfortunate case where we need to reschedule a show with an artist, we can make sure that we can accomodate all the ticket buyers. We will look to potentially launch wristband sales closer to the festival itself as well as continue to announce new programming.
